Elaine Hughes

has joined Tipton Communications as a marketing communications manager. Tipton Communications is a fast-growing, full-service employee communications, healthcare communications, public relations and marketing agency based in Delaware. Hughes previously served as an account executive for Simon Public Relations in Philadelphia. During her three years with the agency, she led the development and implementation of public relations and social media programs for corporations, hospitals, law firms and not-for-profit organizations.
