Foster has provided the materials necessary to construct and maintain major transportation, construction, energy, recreation and agriculture projects. L.B. Foster products have recently contributed to the improvement of many landmark structures including the Panama Canal, Brooklyn Bridge and New Orleans flood walls. As the Manager, Talent Development, she manages the design, implementation, and management of company-wide talent management initiatives across the talent life cycle, including recruiting and on-boarding, performance management, training and development, succession planning.
